Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Samuel Brice Hall joined Piedmont Private Equity, LLC, in 2011. As the director of investor relations, he oversees the company’s tax mitigation and conservation strategy project team. He also functions as a key liaison to Piedmont’s investors and third-party advisors. Before joining Piedmont, Samuel Brice Hall served as a controller at Chuck G. Fabrication, Inc., in Concord, North Carolina, and Pinnacle Properties, LLC, in Charlotte. He also managed all accounting functions and reporting as the controller for The Noisette Company, LLC, a real estate development business in Charleston, South Carolina.
Between 2000 and 2004, Mr. Hall worked for Pratt-Thomas, Gumb, and Company as the senior accountant in the audit department. He emphasized real estate development, manufacturing, and non-profit clients.
Mr. Hall received his diploma with highest honors from Northwest Cabarrus High School. He holds a degree in communication studies and a master’s in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He remains affiliated with his alma mater as a member of the UNC Alumni Club Atlanta chapter.
